1. Our prices are fixed and not subject to negotiation.
  2. All customers have to make 10% non-refundable deposit payment to confirm reservation.
  3. Deposit payment cannot be refunded for any reason of cancellation, but customers can reschedule departure.
  4. We offer three convenient payment methods: WISE, PayPal, Debit/Credit Card or Bank Transfer.
  5. The full fee must be paid with cash during check-in at the meeting point.
  6. Please note that we are not responsible for flight tickets, accommodation bookings, vehicle rentals, or boat tickets arranged independently. We cannot be held accountable for any resulting delays that may cause passengers to miss their flights from Lombok or Flores.
  7. While Sail Komodo operates as a profit-based company, we remain committed to supporting local communities by providing fair wages, commission rates, and opportunities. We collaborate with our partners, including the ship, crew, tour guides, and local markets, to offer a cost-effective backpacker-friendly experience that covers all expenses.
  8. We advertise our trip as an adventurous backpacking experience and do not promote ourselves as a luxurious cruise. Please refer to note 5 above.
  9. The safety of our customers and crew is our utmost priority. We reserve the right to cancel or modify the trip if we deem it necessary for their well-being.
  10. In the event of trip cancellation, we will make every effort to reschedule for a new date. If rescheduling is not possible, customers who booked directly with Sail Komodo will receive a full refund.
  11. Please be aware that routes may be subject to change due to weather conditions, ocean circumstances, and potential safety hazards during sailing and docking. These factors are beyond our control and occasionally inherent to the nature of the trip.
  12. While we cannot assume liability for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property, we will do our utmost to assist you in the event of such incidents.
  13. The activities and events on our trip may push the physical and mental limits of participants, such as hiking and swimming in the ocean. These activities carry inherent risks, including the potential for serious injury, property loss, and even death. Risks may arise from various factors, including terrain, lack of hydration facilities, temperature, weather, participant conditions, equipment, vehicular traffic, and the actions of individuals, including guests and locals. By joining the trip, participants acknowledge these risks and take responsibility for their own physical and mental well-being. It is important for participants to consider their own health conditions, including allergies, chronic diseases, and injuries, and take necessary precautions to ensure their safety throughout the journey.
